Post Audit Consulting

Consultants by and large provide technical information and guidance to achieve certification to International standards. Success or failure may sometimes depend on the discretion of the 3rd Party Auditor. Often most facilities fail because they were unable to defend their own documentation or their version of interpretation of the standard. Some facilities may not be aware that an appeal process is possible when there is a conflict between the auditor and auditee. This would be the time when post audit consulting would be required for facilities that have just gone through an audit. A consultant who has complete comprehension of the intent of the standard will be able to defend the facility he/she prepared for certification. This process is called the Post Audit appeal process. A consultant reserves the right to appeal to the Management of 3rd Party Auditors to change the decision of the Auditor in the favor of their clients.
